Delicious Lantil by@suboohi
Lantils are good source of plant based protein and fiber also have vitamin B, magnesium, potassium and zinc.
Lantils are easy to cook and can b used for weight reduction
INGREDIENTS
. Lantils(any which u like) 250g
.chilli powder 1tsp
.termeric powder. 1/2tsp
Garlic /garlic paste
. Salt as per taste
. Tomatoe. 1 medium
. Green Chilli. 2_3
.cumin seeds
. Curry leaves
PROCEDURE
. Take Lantils any which you like I'm taking two (masoor and mong).
. Wash Lantils with water three times
. Soaked the Lantil for 10min
. Now boil Lantil on medium flame.
. When it boils add garlic ginger paste, chilli powder, termeric powder and salt to it.
. Cook it for some time then add tomatoes and chilies to it.
. Cook it till all water in pan dries then with the help of spoon make its semi paste like texture.
. Add water to it according to your desire consistency.

. Take few curry leaves, cumin seeds, garlic cloves for topping.
. Fry all topping ingredients in oil and put over lentils (daal) pan.
. Delicious Lantil is ready.
. It can be served with roti and also with plain rice.
