My people on steemfood, i brought my dinner for to us share as brothers and sisters i prepare beans and plantain.

Am so that i didn't add the procedures
One you have Pa-boil your beans and wash it
Two then put normal quantity of water wait for some time then add the beans into the water then wait about ten minutes then add your ingredients, test it if it is good then add your plantain, leave it for some time and is done is not too hard process.
