Hi I am sithara hansani. I am a Sri Lankan woman. When I was a housewife, I often prepared meals for my family.
So I would like to share my recipes with you.

This is my first post on steemfoods.

BLUE PEA FLOWERS MILK RICE

Ingredients:-

    Blue pea flowers
    Rice
    Coconut milk or fresh milk
    Salt  

Well-washed flowers

Grind the grated coconut and flowers

Squeeze its essence well like this

In the during, wash the rice well, add more water and wipe well

When the rice is ripe, add the squeezed flowers and coconut milk extract to the rice and mix well. Add the required amount of salt.

Now you have to taste it as you like.
