FASTEST WAY TO PREPARE VEGETABLE SOUP (*A mixture of amaranthus and waterleaf*). MY RECIPE.
INTRODUCTION
My fellow food lovers,
It is with great joy in my heart that I present to you today my recipe on how fast and easy you can prepare your delicious vegetable soup. If you have not done this before, don't worry because my steps and procedure are very well explanatory. Follow me as we go step by step through the entire procedure.
Ingredients
- A bundle of amaranthus leaf
- A bundle of waterleaf
- pepper
- onions
- palm oil
- salt
- 5 cubes of maggi
- Beef meat

Procedure
Step 1: The amaranthus and water leaf was sliced and washed thourogly, the meat washed too.
My meat is boiled for some minutes
Step 2: After boiling my meat, I turned it into a bowl and then put back the pot on fire. I added my oil to it with a little granded pepper and onions then fried it for some time
Step 3: I added my boiled meat into the pot.
Step 4: I then added my amaranthus leaf and allowed it to cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 5: I then added my water leaf to the amaranthus in the pot and allowed it to cook for a while.
Finally, I added my Maggie and a 1/2 tea spoon of salt and stired it thoroughly to mix very well. I allowed it all for about 5 minutes.
Lastly, I brought it down and dished it as you can see below.
