Easiest way to prepare Egusi and Ogbonor Soup
My fellow food lovers,
I welcome you all once again to another episode of my home made food. Today I will be taken us on a ride on the easiest way to prepare your delicious and favourite Egusi and Ogbonor Soup.
Please follow me as a lead you through the various steps.
Below is the list of all ingredient needed for the process and their pictorial view.

Procedure
The images above has shown all I needed in preparing my Egusi and Ogbonor soup. Now fellow the procedure carefully as I will be taking it one step at a time.
Step 1: Wash your meat and stock fish very well and put it inside a clean pot, add at least a 2 cubes of Maggie and a tea spoon of salt and put it on fire.
Step 2: Add a mixture of your granded pepper and onions to the meat on fire and allow it to cook very well.
Step 3: Allow it to cook very well then added the quantity of palm oil required for the soup. Then added at le Now the quantity depends on the amount of Egusi and Ogbonor you want to cook.
Step 4: When the meat and stock fish is cooked very well, you then add your Egusi first to the soup and stir it completely so that everything will be mixed properly.
Step 5: After about 5 minutes, you then add your Ogbonor to the mixture and also stir it completely until it is properly mixed.
Step 6: After about 5 more minutes, you then add your ogu leaf to the mixture and also stir it completely.
Below is the final product of my Egusi and Ogbonor soup. Yummy right😜😜😜😜
