Excellent day to all. I am pleased to be with you again. This time to present to you the recipe for one of the dishes that I like to make the most at home dinners.
I'll start with a popular riddle:

I love to cook simple and very nutritious dishes for my family. We will make an exquisite Crema de Auyama. You will love it.
1 kg of Auyama.
4 large sweet peppers.
1 medium onion.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 cube of chicken.
1/2 head of garlic.
Chives to taste (to serve).
100 grams of white cheese cut in cubes.
STEP 1.
Cut the pumpkin into medium sized pieces or squares, depending on the size of your pot.
Clean very well, removing all the seeds.
Wash with plenty of water, especially the part with the seeds.
STEP 2.
Wash all the seasonings.
Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut in half.
Divide the onion into four pieces.
Peel the half head of garlic.
Cut the chives into small rings and set aside.
Mix all the seasonings with the chopped pumpkin and wash again.
STEP 3.
Place the pumpkin and dressing in a large pot.
Add enough water to cover the pumpkin and dressing.
Add salt to taste.
We put to boil the water until the pumpkin softens, without it gets soft.
In the middle of cooking we will test the salt level and proceed to add the cube, if you feel the broth is too salty then only add half of the cube.
STEP 4.
Remove from heat once you feel the pumpkin is soft.
Place all the pieces of pumpkin in a food processor (blender).
Add with a ladle part of the broth and seasonings, blending little by little, adding broth and all the seasonings until you get the creaminess you like.
STEP 5.
Serve hot.
Add the white cheese crumbles and scallion rings.
You will feel in your mouth the mixture of flavors and the softness of the melted cheese. A real delight.
