Hello everyone! It's been a while since my last post on steemit and I hope you like my recipe. It's been my habit and hobby to prepare my own cooking for my family. Bananas are often present in our table and when it's so ripe already, I prepare banana pancake or this.
CHEESY PEANUT-BANANA PUDDING
Ingredients
• 8 pcs. Ripe green bananas, mashed
• 2-4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 pack raisins
• 1/2 box cheese, cubed
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/2 or 1 cup peanut butter
• 4 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
- Peel the ripe bananas and mash evenly. Set aside.
- Slice cheese into cubes
Mix the raisins, cheese and peanut butter with the mashed bananas.
• In a mixing bowl, blend the eggs with sugar and milk.
• Gradually add the flour with one-way beating.
• Add the baking powder and baking soda
• Add the wet ingredients, re: mixed banana
Note: There are two options on how to prepare this recipe. You can either oven bake it or over a steamer. Therefore, those who don't have an oven can still divert to steaming.
Preheat the oven at 250° for 3 minutes. Rub a small amount of oil before pouring the mixed banana. I used the loaf baking pan
Second option is via steaming. Either way, both are yummy!
The good thing is that this recipe is nutritious and good for the whole family in any occasion. Try it!
This is all for now, and I hope I have met your expectations. Thank you so much to @steemfood and to the people behind this awesome community. Any concerns is highly appreciated so I can improve my posts in the future.
