Hope everyone having a mind-relaxing and joyful day. Same here😊.
Well, a few months ago I started a diet plan with workouts since I'm getting so much fat lately. But I couldn't keep doing it regularly.
Anyway, I started it again! This time I have an aim and I'll keep doing it regularly. This kind of caused me to change my usual foods and drink. But I like this diet and my husband doing it too to give me full support .💪
Let's see what I had this day...
Breakfast 🥣🥑🍌
There have various kinds of food for breakfast. That morning I made a healthy and yummy smoothie bowl.
It's a Banana-Avacado smoothie. In addition to that, I added milk, and honey. Also, toppined it with dry pumps, dates, and basil seeds.
Lunch 🐟
Eating a little amount of red rice with vegetables is so healthy according to the diet plan. So, I made red rice with pumpkin curry, capsicum-sparrows tempered, and bitter gourd sambol.
It was yummy actually with different flavors together.
Dinner 🥪
It was a sandwich night! But healthily, of course. They are Chicken-sausage sandwiches. Also, I made a spread by adding butter, cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lettuce, and chilies. The special thing is I didn't use wheat flour bread, I used finger millet (ragi) bread.
OMG!!!! the taste was amazing!!!! Gonna make it again, sure😍.
Well, those were my healthy meals that I had of the 1st day of my diet. Hope you all enjoyed it🤗.
