Welcome to my food diary activities. I'm going to share my whole day's food menu. Let's see.
Morning
Nutrition is something that needs every day and each one of us. Our body required good energy and healthy food. So today I had a protein shake and peanut bread butter.
Breakfast
Afternoon
For the 2nd meal of the day I prepare is Soya chunks and chapati. It is so healthy.
Lunch
Night
And at the night also I had chapati and veg with salad. It was so tasty.
Dinner
