Khichuri meat or chicken khichuri - the name makes you want to eat. Meals, picnics, picnics, even sitting or a village house meat khichuri is a special item. Ingredients:
Rice (Basmati or polao is good, plain rice is no problem)

Onion (one-fourth of the weight of the stalk, cut in half round and the other half long)
Garlic (one-fourth of the amount of onion, no problem even if whole)
Oil (one-fourth of the amount of rice, more is better)
Ghee / Dalda (A little, if not all)
Cardamom (small amount)
Bay leaves (in small quantities)
Cinnamon (small amount)
Jayatri (must be deducted, but not)
Mix spice powder (half the weight of any brand, garlic)
Coriander powder (one fourth of mixed spice powder)
Lemon or vinegar (one or two teaspoons or small amount)
Chili sauce (to taste, in small amounts or not)
Tomato sauce (to taste, in small quantities or not)
Salt (to taste)
Turmeric powder (small amount)
Hot and cold water (as needed)
Cooking method:
In a pan, fry the chopped onion brown with 4 parts oil.
If you have half of the remaining oil, ghee or dalda, add a small amount of dalda, a little salt, rice and pulses in between and lightly fry.
In a pan, mix the remaining oil, adabata, chilli powder, jayatri, jayatri bata, cardamom powder, cinnamon bhanga, mixed powdered spices, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Cook until the chicken is cooked through the seasoning, taking care not to overcook.
When the meat is cooked, keep it.
Start cooking with pre-fried rice pulses, seasoned spices, bay leaves, whole garlic, chilli slices and hot water in a saucepan or pressure cooker.
You have to check if it is salted.
After some time, if there is chili sauce and tomato sauce, open the lid and shake a small amount of chili sauce and tomato sauce.
Then cover with meat.
If water is added to the rice, add hot water to the rice and before the water dries, cover it with a small amount of fried onion and vinegar or lemon juice.
Remove from the oven and cover with a lid for 40 minutes.
Now serve as you wish. Fun delicious chicken khichuri or roasted chicken khichuri.
