Spicy Tandoori Chicken Recipe!!Must try it
I made this dish today and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. It's gonna be the new favorite in my home. Since it was an absolute hit, I thought I should share it with you all.
Here's what you will need to make it:
Ingredients
- Chicken - 2
- Sour yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Onion paste - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger paste - 1 tablespoons
- Garlic paste - 1/2 table spoon
- Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons
- Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons
- Pepper powder - 2 spoons
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoons
- Paprika powder - 1 teaspoon
- Hot spices - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
- Tandoori spices - 1 tablespoons
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 2 tablespoons
- Color - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Salt - in moderation
Method
➡️Rinse the chicken meat and drain the water. Then peel the meat pieces.
Mix all the spices together except a ball of ghee. Then spread it well on the meat and cover it for 1 to 2 hours.
🔴The rules of the oven
Heat oil in a frying pan and cover with meat for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn over and cover again with a lid for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and burn a little on both sides of the meat.
🔴Oven rules
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and bake for 30-40 minutes. Turn it over once after 20 minutes in the oven.
Brush the ghee after removing the tandoori chicken from the oven.
Note
- 2 chickens 1600 grams.
- There is no problem if there is no tandoori spice.
- Drain the water of sour curd.
- No problem if you do not want to give color.
