Hey guys good afternoon here in india and I hope you are doing good and forget about my daughter's funny face because she don't wanted to give a pose for this photoshoot. Anyway Gujarati dhebra is my favorite food and I prefer to take it with tea or with curd and both combination are delicious.
So You can take it with curd or tea. Well here I am going to share ingredients with you and you know these ingredients are common and easily available in market. I always prefer to share the recipes that's ingredients easily available in the market.
Anyway let's check the ingredients
Fenugreek's vegetable-200 gram
Turmeric- 1 tea spoon
sesame seeds- 3 tea spoon
Green chilly paste- 5 tea spoon
Salt- Taste according
Cumin- 1 tea spoon
So let me give the step by step tutorial
Step 1 : Take big bowl and add corn flour, Fenugreek's vegetable, Cumin, Salt, Green chilly paste, sesame seeds and Turmeric. Mix them properly at least for 10 minutes
Step 2 : Now you have to make a chapati of that paste. And the size of that chapati should be a medium.
Step 3 : Put a pan on gas stove and and add some cooking oil in the pan.
Step 4 : Heat up that chapati one by one until you use that flour completely. Your chapati should cook well like you see in below given photograph.
Step 5 : Decorate it with onions and corianders.
