Today I come back with an extremely delicious recipe, it is some fried sweet breads that will make you lick your fingers.

Its preparation is very simple and with ingredients that we commonly have at home, so make yourself comfortable that I am going to teach how to prepare them.

We are going to need:

• 3 cups of wheat flour.
• ½ cup of sugar.
• ½ cup of warm water.
• 3 tablespoons of butter.
• 1 tablespoon of yeast.
• ½ teaspoon of salt.
• 1 egg.

Step by Step.

Step 1: We begin this first step by adding the yeast in warm water, mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Add the egg, the melted butter, the sugar and the salt to the previous mixture. We mix until the sugar dissolves.

Step 3: Later we add the wheat flour and knead until we get a soft dough.

Step 4: We grease a container with oil and place the dough, cover and let it rest for 1 hour.

Step 5: After time, knead a few minutes and then cut the dough. Try to cut the dough to the same size.

Step 6: Roll out the dough, turn in opposite directions, lift the 2 ends and the dough will roll up.

Step 7: Place them on a previously greased tray, cover and leave to rest for 1 hour so that they double in size.

Step 8: Heat an oil with enough oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Step 9: We place them on absorbent paper and then we pass it through sugar.
