How to prepare a delicious Venezuelan beef rib soup?

Greetings friends, welcome to my blog.

Today I will show you how to prepare a typical dish from my country Venezuela, it is a delicious and nutritious beef rib soup. It is a tradition in Venezuela to prepare soups to reunite the family, also to celebrate a birthday, baptism or any type of event, so make yourself comfortable that I am going to teach you how to prepare it.

We are going to need:

✅ 1 kilo of rib.
✅ 2 kilos of vegetables (yucca, taro, ocumo white, green banana)
✅ 4 ears of corn.
✅ 1 carrot.
✅ 1 ulna or maggi soup.
✅ 1 onion.
✅ 6 cloves of garlic.
✅ 3 chile.
✅ Coriander, parsley, chives and celery to taste.
✅ English sauce.
✅ Oil vegetable.
✅ Salt to taste.
✅ Onoto (optional).

We start with the preparation.

Cut the onion, carrot, chili peppers, coriander, parsley, chives and celery into small pieces, crush the garlic and fry with a little oil and the onoto.

Add the ribs, salt, english sauce and stir.

We add enough water and cook in our pressure cooker until the meat is soft. While we peel, wash and cut the vegetables.

We add the corn and the vegetables (except the banana). Let it cook until they soften.

When the vegetables are soft, add the ulna, the green banana, salt if necessary and let the banana cook.

Serve and enjoy this rich and nutritious soup.
