Through this community We can learn about the eating habits of different countries. We can learn about new food recipe. Since I am a food lover.That's why i like this community very much. Today i am going to share with you a delicious recipe of Eel fish with potato curry recipe.

Ingredients needs to cook

IngredientsQuantity
Eel fish300gm
Potato2 piece (medium)
Tomato1 piece
Onion paste2 tb spn
Ginger paste1 tea spn
Garlic paste1 tea spn
Onion1/2 cup
Green chilli2 piece
Turmeric powder1 tea spn
Redchilli powder1 tea spn
Cumin powder1 tea spn
Coriander powder1 tea spn
Salt1 and 1/2 teaspn

Cooking steps

1st step

First take a saucepan. Then add oil in it. Let the oil heated up.

When the oil is hot, fry it with the chopped potatoes. Fry potatoes until it gets golden colour.When it is fried, take out the potatoes and put it in another pot.

Now fry the chopped onion.

Now add all the spices in the saucepan. Then cook for few minutes.

Now give those fish in the saucepan and add some water in it. Now cook for few minutes. After cooking for few minutes take those fish out of the saucepan.

Now give those chopped tomatoes in the saucepan.

Then add potatoes in the saucepan. Now add some water in it. Then cook for few more minutes.

Now add those cooked fish in the saucepan. Then add green chillies in it. Then cook for few minutes.

Now the dish is ready to eat. I have garnished it with carrots, tomatoes and lemon.

Health benefits of eating eel fish

This Eel fish is very nutritious. It contains of calories,protein,lipid fat,vitamin A,vitamin B12,phosphorus, zinc,potassium, iron and some others highly nutritious elements.
There are several benefits of eating Eel fish. This fish is good for skin health. It is also useful for DNA formation. It also helps to regenerates tissues and cells.It is good for bone health. It also helps us to digest food.

Fish looks yummy. You did a great job. I didn't see a fish curry is made with potatoes. I'll definitely try your recipe
