Helo! Today I decided to make a chayote souffle
Let's go to the ingredients:
- Chuchu
- Eggs
- Onion
- Garlic
- Margarine
- Mozzarella cheese
- Milk
- Maize starch
- Oil
First let's chop the chayote. Which in this case were 300g of chopped chayote
I'll also chop the garlic and onion
In a pan I'm going to put some oil and chopped onion and garlic.
I leave it until they start to brown.
Now I'm going to add the chayote.
Add water and let it cook.
When the chayote is tender, it is time to remove and place in a blender.
Put a cup of milk.
Two egg yolks, a spoon of salt, a spoon of margarine, a spoon of cornstarch and black pepper.
Now beat everything until it forms a cream.
Take the cream and pour it into a bowl.
put snow clear
And also grated mozzarella cheese.
Stir everything lightly.
Take a mold and spread margarine and wheat and back so there is no danger of sticking. Put the cream in the pan and now it goes into the oven.
Leave until golden.
And ready. Our chayote souffle is ready!
