So today I cooked POHA This is a Gujarati dish that people like to eat at breakfast.Poha is an easy and quick dish.
Poha is eaten with great passion all over India.
So let us see what are the ingredients required to make POHA
INGREDIENTS :
@ Boiled pea and potato
@ Chopped vegetables
@ Special species (red chilli, salt , turmeric)
@ rice flakes (poha or chivda) soaked in water
@ cumin and black mustard seeds.
STEPS OF COOKING
✓ chop all the vegetables required and wash them properly. After that add water in rice flakes for 2-3 minutes so that rice flakes starts to thrive.
✓ Now add oil in a pan and after 5 minutes ad cumin seeds and black mustard seeds to it.
✓ After that add spices and vegetable in the pan and cook them for 5 minutes. Remember that poha should not be spicy and all the spices are depends on your taste.
✓ After cooking for 4-5 minutes add soaked rice to it and mix it wisely. For yellow colour turmeric is the main ingredient.
✓ After cooking properly add coriander leaves as garnishing.
Your poha is now ready to eat. One of the most healthy and tasty dish and a light breakfast..
