Fried Tamarong Fish

Hello to all steemians and admin of this #steemfoods community, Good day to all. I want to share my prepared dish today fried tamarong fish, it is a simple dish and very easy to prepare and also very affordable to our budget... And here are the few steps on how to prepare and all the ingredients needed.

The main ingredients, the tamarong fish

The spices and the seasonings are listed below.

Tomato
Onion
Calamansi fruit
Pepper
Soy sauce
Venigar
Umami seasoning
Magic sarap seasoning

Use for cooking.
Cooking oil

Steps # 1 ( Cooking or frying prepation )
First clean the fish with plain, wash 3 times or more until the fish is through cleaned. Then place the fish in a plate and then put the magic sarap seasinong for the best result or to make your dried fish more delicious. But this is optional it depends of what kind of seasoning you want to add or apply. Then chill for a few minutes. Then you may now prepare the cooking parapernalia and now pre heat the cooking pan, set the flame into midium heat, put the cooking pan and allow to heat and put the fish into the cooking pan. And allow untill to cooked. If the fish will turn into golden brown, remove the fried fish into the pan...its already cooked.

Steps # 2 ( the sauce and plattering preparation)
First clean all the spices and wash with plain water and slice accordingly to your desire cuts and shapes. Also prepare the (sawsawan a Filipino terms of preparing the sauce) gather or put together the soysauce and the venigar with the Umami Seasoning in a bowl. Then taste it for the better result you want.
