Ban mian / pan mee is a popular Chinese noodle dish in Asia such as Malaysia and Singapore. Making the noodle by handmade daily and fresh and served with soup or dry noodle everyday upon ordering. Other type of noodle include youmian and chumian.
Soup ban mian
Topped with vege, minced meat, meatball,fried anchovies and half boiled egg. Some even with pork lard☺️.
Dry ban mian
Toppings with soup be separated to another bowl and noodle will be mixed with pork lard and black sauce.
Dumpling soup
Dumpling, ah yes. Well known everywhere. No matter steam, fried or boiled with soup, all love by majority ❤️.
