There’s nothing better than a homemade pizza that comes fresh from the oven with lots of melted cheese on top. This pizza is now made with chicken topping, even leftover chicken is suitable for use in this recipes.

Corn chicken pizza ingredients:
Pizza for dough:

For pizza sauce:

1 canned peeled tomato
1 teaspoon tuscany spice mixture
Pizza topping:

30 dkg chicken breast
25 dkg mozzarella
4 tablespoons boiled corn
2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan

Preparation of corn chicken pizza:

  1. For chicken pizza, you must first make the pizza dough. To do this, run the yeast,

Put the warm water (but by no means hot, if the water is too hot the yeasts will die and the dough will not rise) in a bowl or glass, mix in the olive oil and sugar. Crumble the yeast in it and wait until it is frothy.

  1. Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl and make a recess in the middle with your hand.   6. When the pizza dough is doubled, place it on a floured board and knead through.

  7. Cut the dough into two equal pieces. If you want to make a big pizza, you don’t have to cut it in half.

  8. Cover the pizza dough balls and simmer for another 15 minutes. If you do not use it immediately, put it in the foil wrapped in foil.
