CARROT CHICKEN BREAST RICE
I learned this recipe from my friend this dish is a very big favorite for me, it is also relatively cheap and it is quick to make and of course divinely delicious! I can only recommend that everyone make it at least 1x. I wish you a good appetite
INGRADIENT
1 medium head onion
3-4 pieces of garlic
olive oil to taste
600 g chicken breast
3 larger carrots
350 g sour cream approx.
3-4 tbsp flour
salt to taste
to taste pepper
seasoning to taste [optional]
it can also be eaten with rice or pasta to taste
PREPARATION
1 I dip the onion in oil, garlic
2 Then you can go for the diced [striped, whichever you like] chicken breast, salt, pepper [vegeta but can be omitted] and let it cook in its own juice.
3 I add circled carrots and let it cook under a lid, maybe minimal water can be put on it if there is no juice!
4 When everything has softened, I mix the sour cream with 3-4 teaspoons of flour and pour a small glass of water. I mix this up well and you can go for the chicken breast. Once very thick, it can be diluted with water. In the meantime, make sure there is enough salt in it.
5 Next to that I made steamed Jasmin rice! It can be served separately or mixed. I wish you a good appetite!
