Greetings of the day beautiful people of the world of Steemfoods!
I hope everyone is having a great day! I take this opportunity to wish everyone celebrating a Merry Christmas!
From my side...festivities or not, my days are the same whole year round! Oh...in fact during festivals and weekends, I am actually much more busy! Those working in the food sector can relate!
By the way...it is after quite some days that I am again participating in The Food Diary Game Season 4, the thing is that many times I just forget to put the piece of paper next to the foods that I encountered for the day and that's why I prefer not to enter as my post won't be valid as per the contest rules and guidelines!
Anyway...here I am today and so happy to be writing again in this lovely community!
Chicken and Mozzarella cheese panini!
After completing my task of the morning (Cooking and delivering lunch packs), I came back home at about 12.30pm and had my lunch!
My wife made a yummy panini with chicken and mozzarella cheese...needless to say, it was very delicious!
Now let me show you how I decorated the pancake my wife cooked!
So we had the pancake cooked by my wife earlier and I used Nutella and fruits (Bananas/Dragon Fruits/Strawberries/Blueberries!)
Very easy to do and yummy!!!
Your kids will love it for sure...
I started by spreading Nutella on the pancake as you can see below!
Add on the bananas first...
You can caramelized your bananas if you wish...I went for natural ones as they were so tasty like that!
Finely cut the bananas and delicately place it on the pancake!
Strawberries are next...
Make it nice...this is the most important part of this recipe...
Lastly I topped up with dragon fruits and blueberries!
And of course some fresh mint leaves to complete the pancake!
This was on our tea time table...
It took me around 10 minutes to decorate this pancake...My daughter loved it so much! We will definitely be doing it again very soon!
Hmmm a nice sweet and hot Moroccan mint tea to accompany the pancake with Nutella and fruits...can't get better for Christmas eve!
I hope this post will give the readers an idea of how to make pancakes looks more attractive and beautiful...and yummy of course!
