Baking has been one of the activities that trends during lock down. While people are at home and not allowed to go outside, they focus on baking different kinds of snack foods such as breads, cakes, crinkles, baked salmon, baked sushi, baked macaroni and many others. Online business boomed due to the demands of this kind of business while emphasizing the no hassle ordering.

One of the most popular snacks that make noise in marketplace is the Ube Cheese Pandesal. Its just a pandesal bread with a twist of Ube filling and cheese on the inside. Because of its popularity and new trends, some seller sell it P 320.00 per dozen. That was way high from the original pandesal flavor. So, I tried to check how to do it, I watched Youtube to learn, and so I bought ingredients via online and started baking at home. Since some of the baking ingredients can be found in one store online, I also add some that can use to make some other snacks in the future.
