I am very happy to participate in this great @steemfoods contest organized by @alikoc07 to celebrate mother's day.
Mother’s day is a day set aside to celebrate mothers though we appreciate them every day.
My Mom is the greatest gift my Dad gave to I and my siblings. She’s loving, caring and never ceases sacrificing for the family.
I celebrate you Mom today and I’ll never stop celebrating you as long as I live.

For the mother’s day celebration, I made a butter cake in the shape of heart to celebrate my Mom.

Ingredients for Cake Baking

Butter……………………400g
Eggs……………………….6PCS
Sugar…………………….. 500g
Baking powder…………..½ Tea spoon
Flour…………………………100g
Butter scotch flavor………25ml
Dry mix fruit………………… 200g
Milk flavouring powder.......1Table spoon
Pinch of salt

Procedures for cake baking

Pour the butter into a clean bowl.

Add the sugar and stir in an anticlockwise direction using a spatula until it becomes fluffy.

Break the eggs into a separate plate and whisk it very well.

Pour the eggs into the batter and stir.

In another bowl mix all your dry ingredients very well (flour, baking powder, milk flavoring powder, pinch of salt).

In another plate soak the dry mix fruit in an alcohol and leave it for 5 minutes

Add the mixed dry fruits, the butter scotch flavor, and then add the dry ingredients to the batter and stir until it mixes very well.

Use butter to grease all corners of the pan to avoid the cake sticking to the pan

Pour the batter into the pan

Put the pan containing the batter into the oven and leave for 2hours to bake.

Procedures for making fondant

Pour the icing sugar and C.M.C into a bowl and mix properly.

In another plate pour the Gelatine, add hot water to it, add the Glucose liquid and mix properly.

Pour the mixture of gelatine and glucose to the icing sugar and mix until it becomes fluffy.

Spread the fondant using rolling pin.

Add your designs and your cake is ready.
