Homemade Sprouted Spelt Bread with Nuts

@elenahornfilms and @crypto.journo have expressed the desire for me to bake bread. 🥖 🍞 🥯
Voila!
Here is my recipe (which isn't a recipe because I just guessed lol)
My ingredients:
- Organic Rude Health Sprouted Spelt flour
- Mixed Nuts ( I am allergic to hazlenuts so I avoid nut mixes that contain them)
- Quick Yeast (I prefer fresh yeast but you can't get it all the time)
- salt
- olive oil
First thing is to soak the nuts for a few hours, I am soaking them because almonds can be quite hard if you only use walnuts or sunflower seeds the moisture in the bread is enough to soften them while you are baking them.
then dissolve the yeast in warm water and add a little salt and make sure you don't have it flow over like me.
Then mix everything and keep on adding water till the flower becomes a lump.
Add the soaked nuts and let it rise in a warm place.
Then I baked it for 50 minutes at 150 Degrees Celsius but our oven is pretty shit so it might be faster for you.
I forgot to take a picture of the whole loaf when it was baked but it is really good!!! 😀

you can store it for a few days but I normally eat it quite fast because I like bread.
