Tomatoe Sauce with Sardine Fish // @pchords4 #steemfoods

Hello everyone , once again I'm here to present to you a wonderful dish I made and exactly how it was done
The meal is a Combination if tomatoes and certain spices which are the accompaniment with white Rice.

Ingredients

Tomatoes
Onions
Maggi and salt
Sardine fish
Green spices
Pepper

Step 1
I cleaned the fish and sliced it into smaller pieces, seasoned it with salt and Maggi to taste and left it for some minutes for the seasoning to penetrate the tissues of the fish

Step 2
I washed the tomatoes, onions , green spices and pepper and sliced them into bits

Step3
I heated the pot and added vegetable oil in it, left it to get warm and then I poured he sliced tomatoes and onions into it, i fried the sauce for about 10minutes

Step 4
After the tomatoes where cooked I added the green spices to it

Step 5
Added the fish to he sauce and left it to cook well, after I added some Maggi cubes to it and vegetable oil
I later boiled water and added the white rice to it
