How to prepare egusi(melon) soup.
This one of my favorite dish to make it you need you need ;egusi(melon grain).
Stock fish
Crayfish
Maggi cube
Achi (tickener)
Bitter leave
Palm oil(red oil), meat, salt and water.
PROCEDURE
Wash the and meat and cook for 10 minute
then add water to desired quantity, wash the stockfish then put into the pot of boiling water let it cook for about 3 minute add palm oil(red oil) let it boil for 20seconds then add the melon grain (egusi) after 30 seconds you the tickener(achi) and finally you add the bitter leave after 30 seconds the dish is set for consumption
, you may eat it with cassava cake(eba) or semolina.
