Rice, Beans and Stew

Introduction

Hello I am @patience90 from Nigeria, you are welcome to my blog.
Today, I am going to show you my recipe for white rice and beans with stew
with @sf-charity50pc.
Sit and relax while I share with you.

Ingredients

Recipe for stew

• A little basket of fresh tomatoes
• 2 onions
• A handful of fresh pepper
• 1 liter of vegetable oil
• 20 cubes of seasoning
• Meat and stock

Recipe for Rice and beans

• 6 cups of rice
• 2 cups of beans

Procedure for stew

• Wash your fresh tomatoes, pepper and an onion and blend it into tomatoes paste.

Turn it into a pot, add a little oil so it won't burn in the bottom of the pot and boil till water drains out

Afterwards, add a litre of vegetable oil, chopped onion, and seasoning cubes then allow to cook while you stir from time to time until its finally and properly cooked.

	After it is cooked, add meat stock and allow it cook until the oil is floating on the stew.

And you can now add the meat.

Procedure for white and beans

Wash the beans and set on fire with a little quantity of water to boil.

After 20 minutes, add your already washed rice into the boiling beans.

Afterb10 minutes, bring it down and wash out the starch and any other foreign bodies like stones and then add a little quantity of water in your empty pot and set on the fire.

When the water starts boiling, add your already washed rice and beans into it, cover and allow to cook properly.
