Salt-Cured Cold-Smoked Venison "Pepperoni" Pizza
An amazing, DIY Homemade Pizza for sure!
We've recently begun salt-curing meat, which is an interesting adventure and a huge step forward on our self-sufficient path full of real life skills. With the smoke house up and running, I've finally began experimenting with cold-smoking, and our life just got a whole lot better, and way more delicious.
In this video, we test out an experiment that I've been brainstorming for a bit, with fantastic results. Salt-cured meat is amazing, and cold-smoked meat is insane. This was such an excellent pizza, and what a blessing to have unrefrigerated shelf-stable meat from the wild!
