BRISKET TACOS WITH GUACAMOLE!

This was honestly probably one of the most delicious meals of my life!

Guacamole is a delicious food. Homemade it's amazing, and if you let it sit for a day or two, it's even better. Likewise, smoked brisket is awesome, and if you eat that the day after smoking it, it's incredible. This meal was put together a couple of days after I prepped the food. The guacamole was excellent, and the smoked brisket was insane. Prepared together in corn tortilla tacos, it rivals every meal I've ever eaten.

These photos do not do it justice, but if you get an opportunity to enjoy some homemade smoked brisket tacos topped with homemade guacamole, I'd highly recommend it. Enjoy the photos!
