600gr de cerdo cortados en trozos
250gr de Arroz
2 Naranjas
una cucharada de jengibre rayado
5 papas medianas picadas picadas a la francesa
Sal al gusto
Azúcar para caramelizar el cerdo
1 cabeza de ajo finamente picada
Orégano al gusto
Aceite de oliva
Dear friends welcome to my first recipe in this prestigious community and those I prepare for you today is Orange pork and Ginger, contoured White Rice flavored with a Sweet Chili and Fries, below all the ingredients used:
600g pork, cut into pieces
250g Rice
2 Oranges
a tablespoon of striped ginger
5 medium potatoes chopped french
Get out to taste
Sugar to caramelize pork
1 finely chopped garlic head
Oregano to taste
Olive oil
We assemble the pork and rice to heat simultaneously in my small electric kitchen, to brown the rice a little and heat the pan with the pork chopped and distributed.
With the kitchen heating the rice we add the water, chopped Sweet Chili pepper and a little olive oil to flavor, the rice I prepare it in proportion of one cup of rice for two cups of water and for the pork we add the garlic, ginger, oregano and a little olive oil to mix the flavors and cook very rich.
The pork starts to brown and the house starts to smell too rich my stomach already wants to eat this, which looks delicious, and we turn the meat, we mix the ingredients and very pending that we do not burn our tasty food.
Already sealed our pork that is starting to brown we squeeze the two oranges for and the sugar to taste to caramelize our meat and integrate the orange so that its final flavor is delicious.
Almost ready the meat, we give it the finishing touches, with the salt so that it is at the point where all flavors stand out, the fine flavor of the ginger, the taste of orange, the garlic that is essential in the pork, the oregano and the sugar with its caramel and gold giving the view a pleasant color.
With the pork ready and the rice, we proceed to chop the potatoes in French style, already cut we add salt and with the pan very hot with oil we proceed to add the potatoes for cooking.
At this point I was very vigilant because my photographer who is my son @davidcentenor, can not see fries, almost ate them all, just let him take this picture and send him to go and watch TV while the potatoes were cooking.
At last this rich day of cooking ended, with everything ready I proceeded to start the food that I made with great affection, so I took out the dishes and so they were left for the presentación.
