How I prepared my egusi soup|| my first post in this community.

- In this post I will love to share with you how I prepared my delicious egusi soup.
What is egusi soup like?
This is a type of soup prepared by using grinded melon (Cucumeropsis mannii) alongside other ingredients.
Ingredients I used in the preparation of the.
A lot of other ingredients can be used but below is the what I used:
- 4 cups of egusi (melon seeds), grinded or milled.
- 3
- 4-5 teaspoon of palm oil.
- Salt to desired taste.
- crayfish.
- fish.
- Hides and skin (kpomo).
- Bitter leaf.
Steps to take when preparing egusi soup.
- Grind your Mellon seed.
- wash your bitterleaf.
- pound your pepper.
- put all ingredients in a pot and allow to boil for five minutes.
- Then turn all in a plate after five minutes.
- Fry your grinded melon.
- add the ingredients you poured in plate earlier and allow to heat for five minutes.
- Your egusi soup is ready to be served.
