Dish I prepared Tuesday 12/10/21 Unripe plantain with garden egg sauce

Hello friends , how are you doing today guess you are doing great. Want to share the Delicacy I prepared which is Unripe plantain with garden egg sauce.

INGREDIENTS
1 Garden egg
2 Palm oil or vegetable oil
3 Fresh pepper
4 Onion
5 Smoked fish
6 salt
7 knorr Cube

HOW TO PREPARE

1. Wash your garden egg properly with water and put in pot then add water and place on the fire. Let it cook for 45mins.

1. After cooking it for 45mins, bring it down and remove it from the pot then put it in a morter or in a bowl and match it. Don't allow to get smooth.

2. After matching it wash your smoke fish and place in a bowl then slice your fresh peper and onion

3. Place a pot in the fire and pour your vegetable or palm oil wen it's hot alittle pour in the slice onion then stir and add the pepper then pour the smatched garden egg and stir then add your seasoning. It ready can be eaten with yam or Unripe plantain .
