Fish Stew

Ingredients:
2 pound of fish
3 onions, finely chopped
Large hanging crushed garlic
1/2 lemon, sliced
Dried apricots
Big TPS coriander
Small tbs black pepper
Small tbs red pepper
Small Tbs salt, or according to desire
2 tomatoes mixture
2 tbs tomato sauce
2 tbs of oil

Steps:

We wash the fish, cut and dry it from the water
In a saucepan or solution, put the oil and let it heat up
Add the onion and stir to make the onion golden

Add dried apricots

Add tomatoes mixture ,all the spices and garlic and leave until tomatoes and onions become fragrant

Leave it for 10 minutes low heat until it cooked

Spread the fish over the teardrop

You can add green pepper

And we leave it on a low flame until it is leveled and stubborn.
