Street Foods Contest | Gegana's special Risol cake is the most delicious with various flavors in my city.

Today I had the opportunity to make a post to participate in a street food competition held by Sir @alikoc07 in the Steem Foods Community.

On this day I buy my favorite snack or food at one of the roadside stalls, and I buy this food to complement my iftar menu in the afternoon before the evening call to prayer. The name of this food is Vegetable Meat Risol. This cake is a popular cake in our city, Lhokseumawe, Aceh, Indonesia.

This street shop is named by its owner as "Risol Spesial Gegana", And it is my favorite food when breaking the fast.

And this is me and Bang Leo (who is holding a cellphone), who is the owner of this Gegana Special Risol roadside restaurant.

According to the story from Bang Leo, he has pioneered this small business for three years, starting from the beginning of 2019 until now. And before that he was a former mechanic in a motorbike repair shop. Then with ideas and suggestions from his wife, he opened this micro business with a menu of Risol dishes with various flavors.

This is the basic ingredient for risol cake that has been prepared for frying. This risol was made at Bang Leo's house before being taken to his shop on Malikussaleh Street, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh.

When I bought this Risol cake, I chose the Risol menu in two flavors of my own choice, namely Economy Chicken Risol and Premium Chicken Risol.

I bought 8 slices of Risol, and it comes in two selected flavors for a total price of IDR 22,000 (equivalent to USD 1.52).
