Let me share my recipe for today featuring this "whole native chicken deeply fry" with oil.
For the start of my recipe, these are my own ingredients.
ingredients:
• whole native chicken
• lemon grass
• umami seasoning
• salt
• onion
• garlic
• vinegar
• soy sauce
• cooking oil
Then proceeding to my preparation process first.
PREPARATION PROCESS:
• evaporates the excess water within 5 minutes to get chicken meat smell.
• add the lemon grass inside the body of chicken.
• add the flattened garlic and slice onion inside.
• add the umami seasoning and salt inside.
• pour the vinegar and the soy sauce inside and outside the body of chicken.
• coat it thouroghly with soy sauce.
Next is my deep fry cooking process.
COOKING PROCESS:
• turn on the stove and put the frying pan.
• pour the 1/2 liter cooking oil and heat it.
• put the marinated native whole chicken and deeply fry it for 15-20 minutes in minimum fire.
• tilt it on the other side, back and forth and deeply fry it the same.
• finish with my recipe and get it on the frying pan
• coat it with banana catsup and then serve.
