Hello, good day! This is my food diary this 27th of November 2021.

Morning:

This is my pama-init during morning "Hot coffee paired with "Puto maya" kakanin. "Puto maya" is a sweet and salty sticky rice cake mainly contains of coconut milk. Which this recipe is originally came from the visayas mainly cebu, philippines.

I've cooked exotic food which is bituka ng manok. And my recipe is "Adobong bituka ng manok". I make it a little spicy because my wife and children really likes a little bit spicy so that they do not wonder that it is bituka ng manok that they have eaten.

Marinating and Cooking:

1.) Turn on the burner in a minimum heat. Put the frying pan. And heat it.

2.) Pour the mantika and heat it.

3.) Put the slice spices.

4.) Put the marinated bituka meat. Then cover it.

5.) Cook it for 10-15 minutes in a minimum fire.

6.) When it turns to golden brown. And oils comes-out now it is finish with my recipe.

7.) Put it on a plate and ready to eat.

Cooking this "Inun-unan nga isdang bariles" recipe. For our viand for the dinner.

Preparation and Cooking:

▪︎ Wash the slice fish properly. And put it on the cooking pot. Followed with the slice spices.

▪︎ Next pour the exact amount of vinegar and water.

▪︎ Add the salt and a little amount of seasoning.

▪︎ Then turn on the stove. Cook it for about 20 minutes in a minimum fire.

▪︎ And when the water started to evaporates. Pour a little amount of cooking oil.

▪︎ Then finish with my recipe and ready to serve.
