Hey,😉 what's up! Buenas noches amigos, amigas!

Here we are go again, going back with the line of food discoveries. And featuring my recipe for today which an entry to #steemfoods-omelette recipe contest. An ideal cooking contest which creatively created by most influencial people here in #steemit, namely; sir @alikoc07 and @steemitfoods in food and cooking community, #steemfoods community.

Well since this omelette recipe has already very popular all over the years. So every chef has it's own version of their omelette recipes. And then for mine, I will used what are those ingredients/ vegetables that are abundant here in our country.

So with this food discovery, I will featured my omelette recipe with the name of "omenoggay" which clearly stated and came from my primary ingredients: [omelette + noodle + egg + malunggay].

And then with the start of my omelette recipe, so these are what I needed inorder to made this omelette recipe.

My primary ingredients, so these are they:

• 3 pcs egg
• 4 pcs pulp malunggay leaves
• 1 pack noodle pancit canton
• 1/8 liter cooking oil
• 1 sachet banana catsup
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 sachet umami seasoning
• 1 whole onion

And then proceeding to my preparation and cooking steps. So what were waiting for, these are they.

My preparation and cooking steps:

1)strip off the malunggay leaves and put it on bowl. Then turn on the stove and put the cooking pot with 1 glass of water and keep it boils the water. When it is boils already, put the strips malunggay leaves and cook it within 2 minutes. Inorder to soften the malunggay leaves and then strain it to gets the excess water.

2)turn on the stove again, put the cooking pot with 1 glass of water and let it boils. And when it's boils, put the noodle pancit canton. Cook it for 3 minutes to smoothen the noodle. And when it is soft, remove the pot in the fire and strain it to get it's excess water then put it on a bowl. Add the noodle spices and sauce and mix it poperly.

3)scrambled the eggs and mix it to the malunggay leaves in a bowl, then add the salt and umami seasoning. Mix it thoroughly inorder to dissolve the salt and seasoning.

4)slice the onion. And turn on the stove, then put the frying pan and heat it. Pour the cooking oil and heat it again. Add the slice onion and fry it turning to golden brown. Then next, pour the ready mix scrambled eggs, malunggay leaves and ingredients.

5)cook it for about 3-4 minutes in minimum fire. And then reverse it on the other side and cook it again within the same minutes. And when it turns to golden brown, remove it and put it on the plate.

6)then started to add the cook noodle and scattered it on the top. Next, squeeze the banana catsup in zigzag pattern to make it more attractive. Then fold it once and squeeze again the banana catsup on top.

7)so then finish with my omelette recipe and ready to serve.
