Introducing my recipe for today, which I am featuring this "humba na maskara ng baboy" recipe. This kind of recipe is very popular here in the philippines. And the meat used was what we called here "maskara" which is came from the head and face meat of the pork.
So first, started with my ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
• adobong maskara ng baboy
• spring onion
• onion
• garlic
• green pepper
• paminta leaf
• umami seasoning
• sweatened beverage
• soy sauce
• salt
• vinegar
• water
Then proceed to my pre-cooking procedure of my recipe.
PRE-COOKING PROCEDURE:
• put the chop maskara meat into the frying pan.
• deep fry into the cooking oil until it turns to golden brown.
Then is it, my cooking procedure of humba na maskara ng baboy.
COOKING PROCEDURE:
1)put the adobong maskara ng baboy meat to the pot.
2)add the salt.
3)add the umami seasoning.
4)add the flattened garlic.
5)add the slice onion.
6)add the slice spring onion.
7)put the paminta leaf.
8)pour the vinegar.
9)pour the soy sauce.
10)add the slice green pepper.
11)pour the sweatened beverage, water and cook it for about 20-25 minutes.
12)finish and ready to serve.
"Maskara meat" is delicious and yummy, and it really fulls the tummy. So this is my recipe for today, "humba na maskara ng baboy". So lets eat and enjoy! Thank you and Good day!
