Sharing my easiest recipe for today which features my "Adobong Manok" recipe.
|3/4 kilo chicken meat||$0.43 SBD|
|Soy sauce||$0.03 SBD|
Preparation and Cooking:
1.) Wash the chicken meat properly. Sliced the onion, ginger and flattened the garlic.
2.) Marinate the chicken meat together with the ingredients except the cooking oil. Let it stay for 20 minutes so that the ingredients will penetrate into the meat.
3.) Turn on the stove in minimum fire. Put the frying pan. Pour the cooking oil then heat it.
4.) Put the marinated chicken meat and cover it. Cook it for about 15-20 minutes in minimum fire inorder to cook it properly.
5.) Flip it on the other side of the chicken. Cook it again in 15-20 minutes so that it will properly cook.
6.) When there is no more water on it. And the meat turns to golden brown and oil looks sticky. So it is almost done with my recipe.
7.) And serve.
