Hi, Steemian friend wherever you are, how are you guys this weekend? I hope you are healthy and your family is always healthy and far from disease. I am here in good health. Let's improve a healthy lifestyle through eating healthy foods. In this post, I want to share tips with you about how to serve healthy noodles.

Noodles are junk food. But if we are served with healthy ingredients and menus, the noodles will be healthy too. And it all depends on us how to present it. Alright, for more clarity and detail, I will explain to you with some sub-discussion:

1. Ingredients:
a. Mustard greens: 2 pieces
b. Cauliflower: 1/4 Ounces
c. Carrots: 1 Ounce
d. Green chilies: 3 pieces
e. Tomato: 1/2 tomato
f. Shallots: 2 cloves
g. Garlic: 1/2 clove
h. Soup leaves: 1 piece
i. Instant Noodles: 1 Piece
j. Salt is Sufficient

2. How to serve:
A. Heat the water and boil the instant noodles first, then discard the boiled water.
B. While waiting for the water to boil, cut the tools and materials mentioned above according to taste.
C. Heat the cooking oil, then sprinkle the garlic, shallots, carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower, mustard greens, and green chilies first into the hot oil.
D. Then stir briefly until half cooked
e. Sprinkle a little salt
F. Then add water and wait until the water boils, and the vegetables are cooked
G. Then add the drained instant noodles
H. Sprinkle the powdered instant noodle seasoning and stir until evenly distributed

In my culture, we seldom eat noodles like that, except in the Chinese restaurant. Noodles with vegetables seem a nice choice for a quick and healthy meal. Thanks for sharing your recipe 🥰

Excelente complemento de esos fideos amiga Nadia, acá en 🇻🇪 se conseguían el los Super Mercados dos presentaciones de Noodles Instantáneos de una marca internacional Marucha, venían uno en sobre y otro en un embase listo nada más de agregarle agua hervida y esperabas y listos para comer, yo los preparaba para cenas y quedaban geniales venían carne , pollo o camarones 😋
