TWO WAY SCALLOPS || MICROWAVE AND GRILLED

For today, I want to share to you guys a very simple way of cooking scallops.

So what are we waiting for?
Arats na! ๐Ÿ˜‹

INGREDIENTS

3KL SCALLOPS
2 BIG. BAR BUTTER
1/2cup MAYONNAISE
6pcs. ONIONS
2pcs. WHOLE GARLIC
1bar. QUICK MELT CHEESE
SHREDDED CHEESES
charcoal
salt and pepper to taste

Let's Start Cooking!

PREPARING THE SCALLOPS

1st. Get a big casserole. Put the scallops inside and fill it with water. This process open up the shells so that it will be easier to detach the other half of the shell. Bring to boil. From the time it boils, leave it for a minute and then transfer the scallops in a container.

2nd. Detached the othe part of the shell. Clean the scallops. Detach the black portion and the intestine. This part is inedible. The black portion is dirty because it stores the waste of the shell. Set aside.

PREPARING THE BUTTER MIXTURE

1st. Chop the onions and garlic. Make sure that it is minced properly.

2nd. Make sure that your butter is not in a liquid state. In a container, smash the 2 bars of butter lightly. Put the chop onions and garlic. Add 2pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 bar quick melt cheese and 1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix together. Set aside.

BUTTER MIXTURE MEETS THE SCALLOPS

Get a spoon. Cover the scallops with 1/4tbsp of the mixture. You can adjust the amount of mixture depending on your preference. Set aside.

COOKING PROCESS

1st. The first way to cook the scallops is in the oven. For this one, I m using a mini oven. Put the scallops in the pan, single layer for about 3-5 minutes. Once the butter mixture melts, get it from the oven and serve. ๐Ÿ˜Š So easy.

2nd. If you don't have a microwave or an oven you can grill the scallops. ๐Ÿ˜Š So prepare your charcoal. Once the griller is hot, put the shells on top and you may or may not cover it. After a minute, the mixture melts. Remove it from the fire and serve. ๐Ÿ˜‹
