Chicken biryani recipe
Bangladesh may have very few people who do not like to eat biryani. Everyone in my family loves to eat Birani. Yesterday we had a small program at home that caused the biryani to be cooked. So I thought I would share the recipe with you as it is cooked in a very simple process. Let's see how the biryani is cooked without delay ...
INGREDIENTS:
- Polaur rice
- Chicken
- Potatoes
- Chop the onion
- Raw pepper
- Biryani spices
- Bay leaves
- Lemon
- Milk
- The amount of salt
- Yellow powder
- Garlic paste
- Ginger paste
Processing:
- The first thing I did was I cut the chicken into small pieces well, then why did I grab the chicken so many times so that it was perfectly fine. Then I put the chicken in a strainer. So that the chicken water comes out completely. Then I took polar rice one kg. I have chosen the polar rice well. Then I put it in the strainer so that the water falls from the polar rice.
- Then I smear the chickens with turmeric and salt. And fry the chicken with light oil. I cut the potatoes into pieces and fry them.
- In a stone frying pan, I fry the onion with oil and I put the Birani spice I took in the onion with light water and half a kilo of milk. And in between I cook the fried chicken for a while on fire so that the spices can get inside the chicken well.
- Then use a large pan for cooking Birani. There we fry the rice with oily onion and add the roasted chicken with the raw chilli. And we stir it very well with a spoon so that the chicken and the rice mix well.
- Here you can see that my polar rice and chicken are very well mixed. Now the most important thing is the amount of water. Now I will add water in the rice. Then I cover and wait until the water subsides.
- Look, my biryani has been cooked very well. Now all that is left is to plating. I have fried an eggplant for plating and made a cucumber salad for the sake of it.
So let's take a look at what it looks like in my biryani after plating. The taste of it has really been great. I hope you like it a lot ...
