My introduction to steem food [50% reward to sf-charity]
Hello dear friends of SteemFoods,
With this post I would like to introduce myself to the community, and I would like to start share my food experience with you all!
I'm Italian, and now I'm living in a small fishermans village in the south of the country, close by the famous town of Ostuni.
I really love all kinds of food, but seafood and barbecue is my favorite, as you can see from the photo I posted above.
By the way my name is Mirco.
Today Meal meatballs
As first post I would like to share with you some home made meatballs I prepared today.
First I marinated the minced meat, half pork and half beef, with some bread, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
After all of them were ready, I just fried them with a bit of frying oil in a pan for a few minutes.
They were really delicious and crunchy.
Looks very delicious, i never try that mix between pork and beef.
