HOW I PREPARED AND COOKED MY DRAW SOUP (OKORO SOUP) AND EBA. @miraclediamond.

Hello everyone in steem food community, I want to use this Golden oppornity to thank every member of this great family steemfood, and also to thank @alikoc07 for making this family the most unique and wonderful family @steemfood, much love to you all 💓💓💓.

Today I will be showing you how I made my OKORO soup mixed with little Ogbonu and Eba, I ate as lunch today.
I came up with the idea today and it turned out great actually and it's a very healthy food.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Okoro
  2. Ogbonu
  3. Crayfish
  4. Meat
  5. Stockfish
  6. Bongafish
  7. Salt
  8. Okpe
  9. Redoil
  10. Non Maggi
  11. Fresh pepper
  12. Punkin leaf ( Vegetable or Ugu leaf)

PREPARATION
The first thing I did was to wash the meat with water and salt, and kept it outside, I washed the stock fish, bonga fish and kept them outside, I washed the punkin leaf with salt three times to remove sound from the leaf, then I choped the punkin leaf with chopping stick and knife then kept it outside, I pound the fresh pepper with the okpe together and kept outside, the ogbonu was already grinded in the shop together with the crayfish, I wash and cut the okoro then pound it little then kept it outside.
Then I make sure every thing I need for the food was ready including the pot I want to use in cooking the soup.

COOKING /METHOD
I put the meat in a pot I added Maggi, salt and stem it for 2-3mins, after that I added the stock fish, little water and boil it together with the meat. When the both has boiled very well, I added the quantity of water I need for the soup, then cover the pot for it to boil for 5seconds, after it has boiled I opened the pot of soup then I put salt, Maggi, read oil, grinded pepper, crayfish, and okpe in the pot of soup and covered it, also allow to boil very well, after that I put the grinded ogbonu and allow to boil before putting the okoro, when the soup have boiled very well I added the okoro it boil for 2 seconds then I put the punkin leaf and cover it for one seconds then I brought it down.
My soup is ready to be served.

HOW I MAKE MY STEEM EBA
I put water in the kettle and place it on the cooking gas and allow it to boil very well, before then my bow and turning stick was ready for the EBA.
When the water boiled , I turn the hot water to the bow and pour the garri inside the pow containing hot water and use the turning stick to turn it round very well for it to be soft and smooth. After that I dish the EBA in the plate and served with the soup.
