How are you? I hope you are well.. I went to the kitchen after a tired day and started to think about what to do. These days, I'm thinking about paying attention to my diet, so I wanted something healthy and I prepared a menu consisting of Vegetable Noodles, Steak and Green Salad.
It was both filling and delicious. A perfectly balanced plate! I tried to capture every detail for you. I'm going straight to my recipe.
Necessary materials ;
Vegetable Noodles
Beef
olive oil
Garlic
various spices
The construction phase ;
First of all, we start our meal with the marination process of the meats. For marination, mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl,
We dip the meat one by one into the sauce. And we put it in the container.
Then we cover it tightly with cling film and leave it for 1 hour at room temperature!
While the meat is waiting for marination on the side, we add oil and salt to the water we boil in a pot and throw the noodles into it.
In this process, we cook the noodles until they are soft, like classic pasta.
Drain the cooked noodles and set aside.
Then we put the meat that has waited long enough in the pan that we heated at very high heat.
NOTE: The pan must be at a very high temperature so that the meat does not release its juices! In addition, we never use materials such as forks when turning the meat, it must be tongs!
We cook the meat for 3 minutes on one side for 3 minutes on the other side as a pre-treatment.
Then you can continue cooking by turning it until cooked.
Finally, we move on to salad preparation. The reason why I leave the salad for the last is that the salad is watered very quickly and loses its freshness. For this reason, I leave the salad making to the last stage.
Ingredients for the salad;
- ball lettuce
- Carrot
- Boiled corn
- Salt
- olive oil
- Lemon
The construction phase ;
First of all, we wash all the ingredients and the greens are born thinly and we put them into the salad bowl,
Then we grate the carrots and put them in the bowl.
Finally, add the boiled corn and add salt, olive oil and lemon, mix and it's ready!
In the final stage, we take the noodles, meat and salad on a serving plate and make them ready to eat. Bon Appetit!
