Hello beautiful people! How are you doing? I hope you are fine .. I often express my love for dessert, I guess it would be more correct if we call your love addiction to it .. I almost need to eat dessert at the meal of the day. This can sometimes turn into crises! I usually buy dessert from outside, but as I am extremely sweet food, I bought some desserts to prepare myself at home. This relieved me a little bit, because I was already uncomfortable eating so much sweets, and on top of that, "What if the desserts I eat are not made in a hygienic environment?" I didn't want to worry.

While preparing my own dessert at home, I enjoy it and I can eat it comfortably. Making dessert is like therapy for me!

Today is again one of those red days and while I was sitting and thinking about what to do, I decided to make an improvised cake with the ingredients that were at home, completely with my own recipe. Do not take into account what I say improvised! I immediately go to my recipe ..

Necessary materials;

  • Instant cake base
  • Banana
  • Milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Walnut
  • Peanut powder
  • Cherry
  • Chocolate drops
  • Blackberry

The construction phase;

First, we divide the base of the cake in half and wet the base evenly with milk. While the base is softened with milk, we prepare whipped cream on the other side. For this, we put the milk and whipped cream in a bowl and mix it with the help of a mixer until it rises.

We cut the swollen whipped cream in half, take some of it into a bowl and separate it on top. We add some banana and chocolate drops to the remaining part and mix. (I threw the black banana left at home so that it would not go to the garbage and it got confused more easily!)

We apply this cream mixture responsibly after wetting. In addition, we line the thinly sliced ​​bananas and cover them with the other cake mold.

We wet this cake mold with milk and apply the cream we divided on it. After that, the decoration can completely change according to your imagination and the material you have!

Finally, we keep our cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and it is ready to be served! Bon appetit ... I am definitely waiting for those who try!
