It is easter for all Orthodox and I want to share with you a very simple recipe for making Easter Orthodox Panettone. They turn out to be very tender, airy, incredibly tasty, moist and fragrant. Easter cakes remain soft and tender for a very long time, within 3-4 days.
Ingredients:
flour 450 g
milk 120 ml
butter or margarine 110 g
sugar 60 g
dry yeast 10 g (1 g dry yeast is equivalent in weight to 3 g live)
vanillin 1 g
a pinch of salt
eggs 3 pcs.
Filling:
sugar 50 g
butter 20 g
sour cream filling -
sour cream 160 g
sugar 60 g
Make a dough.
We take a glass of flour and a piece of yeast (10 grams). Stir in milk. It should have a pancake-like consistency. Leave to raise.
In another bowl, stir the flour saucer with a glass of milk brought to a boil. When the mass has cooled down, put the yeast in small pieces. We mix.
Add the mixture from the first bowl, the remaining milk, sour cream, butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt. Stir. It should look like pancakes. Leave in a warm place to rise. The volume should double.
When the dough comes up, add flour and knead until it starts to stick off the sides of the bowl and hands.
Add washed raisins to the dough. Stir so that the raisins are evenly distributed over the dough.
We put the approach in a warm place.
Put the dough in greased molds half the height and let rise by 1/3.
Heat the oven to 180 C and bake the cakes for 50 minutes (in small forms it takes less time - 35-40 minutes).
For the glaze, beat egg whites with 0.5-0.7 cups of powdered sugar.
Sprinkle the icing with sprinkles or dried fruits and nuts.

Потрясающие куличики! Никогда в жизни их не пекла, всегда покупали) я вот зато больше по пасхе - ее сама готовлю, кроме этого года. В этом году ленюсь )

Я как делаю пасху, то потом думаю - почему я ее делаю только раз в год, ведь она такая вкусная получается))) а потом забываю про нее на год и только к следующей пасхе вспоминаю )
От того она и вкуснее становится🤤😍
