THE DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT THAT WE USED AND THE PROCESS OF MAKING WHITE BREAD !

GOOD DAY EVERYONE!

This is a classic white bread that is long, soft and fluffy. Perfect white bread for your hot coffee.

Today I will show to you the different equipment and the process of making this white bread. I cannot show you the recipe of this because it is our company's recipe.

LET`S START!

First we used this mixer to knead the dough.

This mixer has 4 numbers that represent how strong the kneading is. But we only used the numbers from 1 to 3. 1 represents for low, 2 for medium and 3 is for strong. Each number has an associated minute. 1 (3 minutes) 2 (6 minutes) 3 (1 minute).

Next, when the dough was ready cut the dough into 230 grams.

When all the dough was cut into 230 grams we formed each of it into circle and we put in a large container.

Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for about 20 minutes until it doubled in size.

After 20 minutes you can immediately proceed with the next step.

Next step is using the Bread Forming Machine.

Through a mainframe pressing roller , the dough will fall on the mainframe conveyor belt, and the dough will be rolled into strips.

After all dough was rolled into strips fall it again on the mainframe conveyor belt to form like a spiral shape.

Next, prepare the baking pan and put 4 spiral shape dough in each pan.

Next is letting the dough sit in the Hot Air Convection Oven for at least 1 hour into 30°C . We are already in second fermentation.

After an hour when the dough looks like this, it is ready for baking.

Preheat the oven to a very hot 180°F. The extremely hot air will immediately set the crust so the bread rises up instead of spreading roll over. Immediately place the dough inside the oven and shut the oven door to trap the steam.

Bake the dough for about 32 minutes and its DONE!

Parang naamoy ko yung freshly baked na bread. Sarap!! Gehe may bakeshop kami, masaya ako pag may bread na di tumubo, kasi mapupunta sa tiyan ko. Hahahah

Same as here. Kinakain din namin or pinapadala pag di tumubo iyong pan. Busog araw araw :)
