STEEMFOODS : "TORTANG TALONG" / EGGPLANT OMELET (FILIPINO DISH) 5/16/21

Good day fellow steemians. How are you? I hope you had a great morning. We all know that we face a big challenge of our lives.

Today, I want to share with you my recipe last Sunday morning. It is a omelet eggplant or tortang talong. If you are vegetarian I assure you love this kind of dish.

These are the ingredient of my recipe of this dish.

Grilled the eggplant on charcoal to soften.

Peel the eggplant.

Flatten the eggplant.

Prepare two eggs and mix it well.

Put the eggplant in the egg mixture.

Place the egg -wrapped eggplant in the pan and fry it and wait to cook.

This is the finished product. Simple recipe that people will love it. If you are a vegetable lover I assure you will love this food.
